EC center has been defining the SEO strategy for Color-Tronic since the inception of the web. The SEO Challenge for this web was the incredibly competitive nature of the lighting sector in Google.
Even back in 2015 and earlier, the competition for "LED Electronic Signs" was already very intense. This sector has a high degree of B2C crossover as the MOQ, even in B2B is low, and many of the B2C webs can try to service B2B orders.
Our strategy was to cement the B2B Google Footprint of CT as a "manufacturer" to distinguish it from the many B2C "resellers" in the market. Once we had positioned CT as a B2B reference, we then started to position the main keywords for this industry, the most critical being "Pharmacy Cross".
In some European countries, but especially in Spain, it is permitted and indeed required to have an external luminous cross that has opening times and contact information displayed electronically. This niche is very competitive, and CT is one of its most experienced suppliers in Spain.
This project was done in Spanish, and the SEO Strategy was aimed at Spanish users in Spain because Pharmacy Crosses are uniquely Spanish. All our SEO tasks were carried out in Spanish using native speakers.
The EC Engine CRM could also distinguish between SEO contacts from competitors, SPAM, and potential leads. Prior to 2015, this project actually had 4 separate webs, which have now been consolidated into one web to avoid duplication.
