As a very successful B2C brand in China, our SEO challenge was to attract B2B customers from outside China. The web was launched in English and Spanish, and after 3 months, we established the Yeswood Google Footprint.

Over the following months, we successfully positioned many pages and many keywords, but our constant challenge was that we were competing a lot in the B2C space, and this can attract B2C SEO leads that might have a small MOQ and have conversion issues with transport costs for smaller budget items.

We then focussed more on the B2B space, continued developing the Google Footprint, and positioned Yeswood as a high-quality manufacturer.

This sector, like many others, has a very high cross-over with the B2C sector, and when the MOQ is low, you are competing in the B2B and B2C space. This is where it is particularly important in SEO to try and identify and develop a niche that your products are catering to.

The secret to SEO success in this type of project is time; over that time, start to dominate the niches that you identify.
